Privacy Policy

Loom is a local-first iOS app. Your projects, yarn stash, patterns, photos, row counts, and counter sessions live on your device unless you choose to export them.

Data we collect

• None by default. Loom does not run an account system and does not upload your craft journal to our servers.
• Purchase state. Apple StoreKit tells the app whether your Apple ID has an active Loom Pro subscription. Apple handles payment details.
• Support email. If you email support, we receive the email address and content you send so we can reply.

What we do not use

• No advertising SDKs.
• No third-party analytics SDKs.
• No data brokers.
• No server-side stash or project journal storage.

Deleting data

Delete Loom from your device or use Settings → Delete everything to remove local app data. Support emails can be deleted by request at mitsi@uptrail.ai.
